Hi , this my first time on your web site. I trying to reconnect with a friend of mind. His name is Richard Marquis. As Military Police we were posted in CFB Valcartier between 1980-1984. At the time Marquis had the rank of Sgt. He later was transfer to Montreal in charge of SIU. Last I heard of him he was promoted to the rank of Major and had completed his law degree. I don't know he went to a different trade such as JAG. Any help to locate Richard Marquis would be greatly appreciated . Thanks Arsene
