I am writing this post to get your feed back on one medical related query , during my medical , the medical examiner asked me to go to some hearing specialist and get a form filled . He hasnt declared me medical unfit but he did not answered what kind the qualification standards and any other options .Surprisingly I never knew that I have hearing issue before this medical . Any kind of help will be highly appreciated .

May simply be that they want another more formal audiogram done because the one prior was done in a shyte place without a proper sound proof booth...or there was something odd on the pattern that didn't make sense, so wanted it redone to confirm it.

Thanks @medicineman Sir , I have booked an appointment with specialist , lets se how it goes. The medial examiner didnt even responded to a basic query what's wrong and what are the remedies

Just FYI - hearing issues aren't usually noticed by people until they get to the hearing aid stage. Otherwise, people just assume they were not paying attention to the conversation , or the timbre/volume of a specific person's voice just doesn't register as quickly.
Make sure your ear canal is clear of cerumen (wax buildup) as this can also interfere with your hearing test results.
Lastly it is possible that your test just showed a weird result that they need confirmed by a specialist. Hearing is tested at various frequencies and decibels. There are expected patterns, with easier hearing at lower frequencies/higher volumes, and more difficulty at the higher frequencies (when it feels like you are listening for a dog whistle, or wondering was that tickle in my ear a sound or just in my imagination?) It may be that you had great hearing at all levels except one random on in the middle and that's why you need to get assessed. Hope that helps!

Thanks for the detailed response , on a lighter note I told my girl friend that now I know why "you always say I dont listen and now its stamped by Canadian Army that i dont even listen to them " and turned it into a joke . So what are the passing standards and in case i dont meet what are suggestions to fix it

The minimum common enrolment standards are V4/CV3/H2/G2/O2/A5 so the minimum hearing category is H2.

@sarahsmom and @medicineman I got my hearing tested and as per audiologist , my hearing fell under normal .Below is my Audiogram , as per Audiologist I have issue with 2 frequencies in one ear and one frequency in one ear :

Almost looks like presbycusis - age related hearing loss, if it weren't for the uptick in the 6-8000Hz ranges...otosclerosis can look a bit like that too...and noice induced hearing loss if exposed to high frequency sound. Did the audiologist give you any impression?

She said have ever been exposed to any high noise in past or noise trauma , I said I dont aware of any . Then she said I can say its normal as you can conpensate these two frequencies with better hearing on other frequencies , she said no need of nay treatment or hearing aid . She said same thing its age specific . What you analysis is will pass or fail the medical ?
I will upload the report Once I reach home .

You're an H2 which is a pass for CEMS, though the issue becomes why is it you're hearing is like that - as an example, otosclerosis (think arthritis of the tiny bones of the middle ear that conduct sound becoming really sticky) is a progressive disease - something the CAF doesn't like. If they (the audiologist) doesn't think that's the case, great, likely be chalked up to a possible noise exposure or you're moldier than you let on . The RMO may ask for an ENT opinion, so be ready for that.

Not sure how it goes but as per her its just an exposure related not some condition related she said why its just two frequencies but lets see How RMO responds . How much time you think RMO will take to respond. She did some vibration tests and test with certain sound condition di not pointed out anythin

Unsure how long it'll take for the RMO to respond - as you're H2 and within CEMS, it may just end up in the recommend enrolment so no worries there...it's up to them at that point.
