Since I am delaying entry into BMQ til May/June (after hubby gets back and settled) will that mean that I won't get an offer until closer to that time?  Or will I get an offer closer to now, despite that?

The CFRC will decide when to make you an offer depending on your occupation choice, their work load, and your overall competiveness for the occupation.  They need to have a course vacancy to make the offer, so probably will not make an offer until after 1 Apr.

ok.  So, now I'm a little curious when they're going to start loading the June BMQ and September (if I don't muff up BMQ)  RMS Clk QL3 courses.
