PRC 522 accessories

Good day all,

Does a conversion piece exist for connecting a lapel mike with a PRC 117/152 fitting to a PRC 522? If so, does anyone know where I can purchase one?  Thank you.

By lapel mike do you mean what is commonly referred to as a Cop mic?

Yes there are adaptors to go from the 117/148/152 connector to the 522.  Have you asked anyone in your unit's Sig Stores about this?  They may already have some.

yes that is the mic I'm talking about.  I have not checked with sig stores, I was just curious if one could pick one up somewhere without having to sign for one every time.

I don't think those adaptors are an accountable item.  I've never had to sign for one anyways.  Best bet would be to go to Sig Stores and ask,  also the LCIS Tech Shop.

I don't know where you could go buy one,  or if they would even be available.
