OT and DP1

So my trade transfer from Recce to ACISS is almost finished. I was told I have two years from the date of my transfer to get my DP1 done. For whatever reason, if you can't get DP1 done either due to work, school, or other factors, what happens? Are you released 5F? I intend to get my course done, but with my hectic schedule nothing is ever 100% sure in my job. I was debating going on ED&T and wait until things slowed down to do my course but apparently you're only allowed that twice in your career so I want to be careful with that.

A Career Review Board will be conducted.  They will examine the situation and determine what to recommend - retention or release.  Considerations might include what training you have completed, what your future availability looks like, and others.  (This assumes you're P Res).
