Obvious Terminology I should be aware of.

Yeah I just need a heads up. Got Sworn in a few weeks ago.
I don't want to make any mistakes because I'm not aware of the terms.
I know about ACK means Acknowledged when it comes to email.
I learned the hard way that 0700 is really 7am and not 7pm when i came to my unit for my physical test and they pointed out to me that my fitness test was a 7am  :facepalm: :facepalm:

I'd just blame your school system for not teaching you the 24 hour clock...which is used a lot more frequently outside the military than most people really realize.

Your question isn't overly clear. What is the terminology you need clarified? Plus, you know that this site has a "Military Acronyms" section, right?

Then my fault. I'm probably looking for that. I'll check it out.

There really isn't any termanology you will need to do any advance study on.  They will tell you what ever you need to know as you go along. 

And please, for the love of God, don't get into the habit of using things like "Ack" in emails within the CAF.  I'm sure you have more education then that.  Write professionally.

Listen to Schindler's Lift on this one. The staff will teach you what you need to know.

When i first decided I need to learn more, I bookmarked a bunch acronym/abbreviation sites, because I could not (and still can't) follow abbreviation-filled conversations.

You are looking into this far too much. I couldn't tell you what 80% of those are.

Many of the abbreviations you end up using are equivalent to slang, and can be element-specific, unit-specific, trade-specific, and even theater-specific; there are dozens I can think of that aren't on those general lists.  It is not uncommon for the same abbreviation to mean different things depending on where you are and what you are doing.  You are better off just asking what something means when you hear them used.
