2 Tours to Afghanistan later im leaving the Infantry. Got accepted for an SVOTP to E Tech. Just wondering if anyone out there can provide any info. Will i have to do an NETP course as i hear they are pretty backed up. I know the Trades training is 9 weeks or so, but how long is OJT. My wife and I are looking at houses in Halifax and Victoria just to be safe athough we prefer halifax. Is either one easier to get. I start my OJT in Edmonton on Sept. 1st while I wait for a course, hoping to get it all started by January. Anyways I Look forward to becoming a member of the Navy. Hope i have chosen a good trade
