Montreal Liberal MP Pablo Rodriguez is facing charges for refusing to co-operate, after he was unable to blow into a breathalyzer.

He acknowledges having consumed a moderate amount of wine prior to a vehicle accident.


Interesting how this little faux pas has attracted significantly less heat and light than certain other incidents.  Not that Canada's media display favouritism to any political party.
