MOC-935 Closed ?!?!

Is this common for MOC-935, MSEOp to be closed? i wanted to be either an MSE-Op or a Sig-Op and the only one open is Sigs... Any thoughts on this

Cheaper hiring or contracting civilians to drive vehicles, and there were a wack on new MSE ops just in last yr...

From my understanding, MOCs get closed and opened and closed and opened for a variety of reasons. Usually, they try to plan course schedules and match BMQ, SQ, QLs, postings and so on and can process only so many through the system so fast. Especially smaller intake MOCs. The closures are more administrative than anything and likley change every few months.
