Medical Question - BMOQ

I've got a quick question I could use help with... nothing seems to have been mentioned before.

Note, this has all been disclosed and deemed fine by doctors during ACS.

Firstly I have mild hayfever which is only active, for the most part, in the early Spring and end of Summer. Pop a Claratin in the morning and I'm good to go. My question is, should I bring a few packs of it with me when arriving in August, or wait till I'm there and go see the medical staff. I assume if I see the medical staff I'll be able to keep them on me, and won't be razed during inspection if I have them neatly displayed. It would sure make it easier than having to dig them out each morning. Would this be the same if I brought it.

There has been mention that pills/medicine will be taken upon initial inspection of luggage, but I'd rather not hide it in an attempt to "pull the wool over the eyes" of the instructions from day one.

If you  bring them they may or may not take them away. They will let you know.
