Looking for Normandy D Day Vet in Moncton area

I'm looking for any WW2 vet who landed on the beaches of Normandy, specifically on D Day.

I have contacts in the Legions in the local area and they cannot find one. There are many vets from D+3 and on, just none thus far from the first day of the invasion.

The reason for the search is one of the Legion branches would like to give a small commemorative gift to a D Day vet.

If you know of one, please either post here or PM me, and I will pass on all information to the Legion President.

The RWpgRif have four WWII Vets in NB, the closest is almost 200 km away. Long trip if your in your mid 80's. Sorry.
