Just wondering if anyone knows where Brian "Buffa" Lowe is. I believe he is out west somewhere. I'm his daughter and we probably haven't spoke in almost 8 years. Just thought if anyone knows him or how to get in contact with him you could let him know that his daughter Dominique is getting married.
