Looking for a Joe Doucette

I am the daughter of George Thow a former member of the RCHA.  When I was little we were stationed in CFB Gagetown and lived in Q's in Ormocto in 1964.  We had a neighbour by the name of Joe Doucette.  I am trying to find out where he is now or if he is still with us.  I have a family member trying to locate him. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
