Life as a weapons tech (NWT)

Whats it like?  How much is component level electronics, and how much is mechanical and "hands dirty" work?  How big is your team, usually, and what other trades do you work closest with?  Obviously its a shape and you do a lot of things with everyone. 

Anyways, my OT is in.  Just trying to see what the forums can tell me.
