I hope you're right but when I look around and see Axworthy receiving plaudits, Martin turning down missile defence, the lack-lustre Tory opposition that seems to be going nowhere, a resurgent BQ, and an NDP having renewed influence on a minority government, I'm not sure that we're winning...
