Instruction publication

Is there a publication which sets out the CF standards on instruction and evaluation? In other words, how are we supposed to teach and test students in the CF? I am looking for source material rather than like PLQ lessons.

The CFITES manuals explain the Canadian Forces Individual Training and Education System; that's the first place to start.

Each course has a qualification standard and training plan. Those two docs lay out what is to be taught (the QS) and how the teaching is to occur including assessments (the TP).
