How much weight should I be able to lift if I were to have Artillery as my trade?

Don't worry about that. Just focus on being as physically fit as possible and the rest will fall into place. There are many different kinds of strength...

I am NOWHERE near a bodybuilder , never did weight lifting in all of my life .... yet I am an artillery Gunner .... trust me you don't need to worry about that , just be able to hold your own and you'll be just fine !

Being a member of an artillery gun detachment is more a matter of teamwork than power lifting. In the bad old days it was a given that the bigger the gun, the smaller the average size of its crew.

I was a member of a gun detachment as my first job in the army. I was about 5"8" or 9" and of the six others, including the driver, I was the second or third tallest.
