Until Bill posted above I was going to let sleeping dogs lie. It is my opinion that this was originally American and was adapted by inserting Canadian tems. My reasons include the following:
a. A reference is made to a separate Air Defence Artillery branch. We have one artillery branch.
b. Tacfire is mentioned. It was an American system we never used.
