I smell lawsuits....and rightly so.
 
They shouldn't even have to file lawsuits, although I realize it may be required just due to how the process of being awarded money is.

(Like they probanky can't just give someone money, that money has to be awarded as a result of a lawsuit filing)



These are two good examples of why - while tempting sometimes - bringing back the death penalty is not a good idea
