General Advice?

I haven't seen much posted here (and the search isn't working.)

But I just got my job offer and head out to BMQ soon. I was wondering if any guys have some general advice for someone new?

I'm pretty nervous, the next year or so has a lot in store. BMQ, SQ, Gagetown, etc.

Also, when it comes to being posted, do you have any sort of say where? I'd kind of prefer Pet, but I know if they need me elsewhere that's where I'll go.
