Eye Sight ( Dot In Eye)

Hey I searched already for my question but couldn't find it.

Anyway, awhile ago I got jumped and in my eye ( the doc ) said that I burst a blood vessel in my eye I believe and from now on in my right eye I see a very small dot. It bascially looks like a little fly. I dont see it all the time just every once in awhile ( depends on the lighting ) but anyways I'm wondering if this will be a problem? The doctor told me that this won't go away , I had some tests done but I believe she also said my vision is perfect tho.
