Does being found guilty of a summary offence affect an OT to CBRN Op?

If an NCM has an OT to CBRN Operator and is found guilty of an offense at a summary trial will his OT be affected?

Would the severity of the offense or punishment merited out be a factor?

Hypothetically?

Actually, there are numerous people within CANSOFCOM whose recrods are far from unblemished. However, the board will consider if there's a pattern of, say, repeated drunken brawling or something that indicates a potential admin burden and/or lack of maturity.

If it's one or two 129s in the past, it shouldn't be a problem (assuming everything else is good to go)

In this case it doesn't seem to be a pattern or an admin/maturity issue.

If a member is placed on C&P will his OT be placed on hold until the C&P is lifted?

Yes

That brought up a question and perhaps someone here can enlighten me.
Security clearance: do the members of CJIRU require TS?
I would imagine so.
Does DND give S or TS to pers with a current offence (no pardon granted)?
hope not - well, depending on the offence and circumstances perhaps.
I do know of ppl whose clearance was on hold for an old AWOL charge (sneaking to a bar while CB) until a pardon was issued.

cheers
