Do the recruiters work during the summer?

Im in grade twelve, and I was hoping to start reserve training next fall. If I submit my application in, say, May, will it be processed during the summer? Or does everyone take a holiday, and then my application will only be looked at in autumn? Thank you.

Whoa...slow down....you are typical of a lot of young people that come on here and expect to be spoon fed information.

#2. Read the recruiting threads on here....there's a bunch.

Inform yourself, then come back and ask questions, if necessary, but do your homework first. If you want to join the forces, the one thing they value is an effort on your part.

I have done some research. From what I've heard, the whole recruiting process can take around 6 months. I was only wondering if the summer months would be included in those 6 months, or if the recruiters take time off. But I guess you're right. I didn't really look at the other thread. I'll do that now.
