Cyber Op training

Hey guys
A young man I know has been accepted for CT to Cyber OP. His training is at Willis Collage in Ottawa. My question is, what is the R&Q situation for students there? His msg states move of F&E is restricted, so I assume there are barracks of some sort?

I am not sure about CT. But from BMQ they are getting folks to find their own accommodations within Ottawa.
