I think I recognized a few of the roads in the video, the more things change, the more they stay the same.

I don't think there are many of the old H-huts still standing, but there were still a lot of WW2 era bldgs still around when I did my TQ3 back in the '70s (especially the old CFMSS).

One landmark I noticed on the film (here at 4:48) was the water tower.  To orient the location, it's identified on this 1939 DND map of Camp Borden.

The few old buildings left are historical sites and are falling apart, few old hangers etc.... to expensive, and too far gone to try and repair so they are just waiting for them to fall down on their own. fair amount of construction on going or planned in the near future which will change the layout of the base once again. Shame their is no train line any more, I feel like DND would save money if i line still ran to it, being a major training base.
