CAF - Voluntary Release Information

Hello I recently Voluntary released while at Basic training. My question is if I can re apply when can you after VR?

Adax, you are eligible to apply again one year after your release. The recruiting centre will then need to approve a re-enrolment waiver, which will require substantiation, on your part, on how the factors precipitating your release are no longer an issue.
