I've never used OTTE gear myself as it's usually been WAY out of my price range, but $250 is a frikken steal.  I'd be all over that if they still had my size in stock.

I got the set from OTTE a while back.  Its much lighter than the issued rain gear, and I find the cut is more tailored fit, instead of large fitting like the issue rain gear.

The pants come with suspenders that can be removed, and they also zip from top to bottom so you can get them on in a hurry or to ventilate.  All the zippers are rubberized, On the jacket the hood rolls down into the collor, with pit zips, large pockets on the sleves.

Its basically a stealth suit on steroids with a very well thought out design.
