Annuitant policy reversal?

Apologies if I've missed this elsewhere. I did do a search on here but came up with nothing. I also trawled the internet, but again can find nothing.

A couple of months or so ago I saw a brief mention in a newspaper article about the GOC's supposed intent to reverse the current annuitant policy to enable Reg Force pers the ability to take Class-B jobs upon release from the Reg Force without pension implications.

Has anyone else seen this? Does anyone know where such a newspaper article might be found? Or, does anyone have any insider info that could help with SA/understanding?

The article was probably explaining/speculating on the new Defence Policy that was announced a few months ago.

From page 69 of the policy:

To enhance the role and capabilities of the Reserve Force, the Canadian Armed Forces will: Revise annuitant employment regulations to attract and retain more former Regular Force personnel to the Reserves.
