I was just wondering based on opinions if im physically ready for BMQ yet, ive been training as much as possible and have read through the forums for advice and tips on how to get better. As of now, my physical capabilities are :
Pushups- 30 in a row
Situps- 42/min
2.4km run - 11:20
5km run - 25 min (interval training)
20 m shuttle run- stage 8.5
Im currently working on the Iron Dungeon Pushup Plan, hoping to increase the amount of pushups i can do. I have alot of determination and a no-quit type of attitude so im feeling confident but i was hoping to hear from others what they think.
