I was wondering are Aircraft Structures Technicians part of the Air Det on HMC Ships or is it just AVN and AVS Techs?

Only AVN and AVS Techs sail as part of a FFH or DDH HELAIRDET.  I have seen, on rare occasion, an ACS Tech sail on an AOR Det (Gulf War 1) when they were expecting to do second line maintenance at sea.
