Wouldn't have been able to stand Ottawa radio stations if the Redblacks won. I mean, come on, who cheers for an expansion team?!?

Sure but against an expansion team that just finished it's second season?  And the score wasn't that wild either.  The Edmonton Inuit* were lucky, me thinks.  [Xp [

*A newscast on CBC Ottawa radio on Friday afternoon actually had the anchor call them the Edmonton Inuit.  I damn near died laughing.  Whoever wrote the copy brought PCness to a new level.  (Well done to the Edmonton Inuit anyway)

For starters, the 24,500 fans that packed nearly every home game. 

They were an expansion team last year.
