I was only able to stay for the BMQ course, but I thought that it was awesome.  The weather was good, the instructors were great, learned a heck of a lot, and made lots of new friends. What platoon were you in before the medical RTU McTeer? 

Well, one more hour and I'm off to the base.  I'll see you all there, let's make this BMQ rock.  :salute:

Hey all, I just got my kit last Saturday, and I've been breaking in the boots all week (aka they only come off when I sleep  :blotto:).  Now, in my other shoes, I have arch support inserts.  I was wondering if there's any problems with putting the supports into the boots.

Some how reminds me of the Abbey out in Mission... :P Got a call three days ago from a WO saying I might be going for the BMQ/SQ courses this summer as long as there's still room on the list.  Hope to see some of you guys there!

BF2 will be the one reason I'm not going to leave my computer room this summer   ::) :P Anyone heard of F.E.A.R.?  It's coming out for the PC this fall, kind of a mix between your standard FPS shooter with Japanese-influenced horror.

Sorry to interrupt you guys from laying the verbal smackdown on Gomer (and getting a bit off topic  :P), but what month does the fall BMQ start in?

Royal Westminster Regiment, another recruit and I haven't been told yet what courses we'd be taking.  I live in Surrey, so Chilliwack is probably the better choice for BMQ in my case.

I'm hoping to get in for my BMQ in Chilliwack this summer as well, but I haven't been told anything as to whether I am going or not.  :-\
