for right now the mortars are currently with d battery which in turn is the mortar battery within 2 rcha there was talk of them being a secondary role but for now that doesn't exist.

we have a system called the indirect fire trainer or ift for short , we can do any kind of missions on this system however it is not as good as the real thing. you can have multiple targets a long with that you can also use attack choppers or fast air along with navel guns now with the  mods on...

it is official now that the RCD'S have taken over the role as observers away from the artillery for roto3. i am literally disgusted in this and might as well give our guns to the svc bn so they can man them. i mean pretty much every operation overseas has at least one foo/fac team over there and...

i can personally tell you that the guns were used on op Athena roto 0 . we fired to the best of my knowledge at least 2 maybe 3 live mission's this doesn't include the ranges either. the most common use the artillery have overseas is foo/fac party's.

being  currently employed in a foo party there is a on  going decision that the armoured will be deployed in the future as foo party's on operations . so basically it is saying that they can do my job in which i beg to differ.

It has come to our attention that the armoured personnel think that they can take over our jobs as FOO S or FOO TECHS. What is next are we going to give our guns to service battalion.
