I have heard that the military will be seeking MP's for a # of yrs due to retirements, is this true? I was wondering if a person that was in late 30's and looking for a career and considering MP was going to have a hard time with training etc.? I know a lot of older people are joing civilian...

Can someone please clarify to me how the reserve pension plan works? It says if you have more than 10 years you get 3.5 days and if you have more than 20 days you get 7 days? I am puzzled on what this means. Can anyone clarify? Thanks....  :salute: edit to clarify title

Hello, I am now looking at joining my local reservce unit as an Infantry Officer. I work full time but have nights and weekends free. On avaerge how much time is required each week to join the reserves? Is it one night a week and a couple weekends a month or is it every weekend? thanks
