Hey guys ive been training for a while, and would just like some feedback on my performance. I leave to BMQ august 30 and want to be in the best shape that i can by that time. I am 17 (18 on saturday) and weigh about 152 lbs. I have been boxing for 21 months now and am in reasonably good shape...- elninorey
