PAL is useless in the eyes of the military. Only get it if you plan on buying a gun or pistol for your own personal use and you enjoy shooting guns on your own time, otherwise it's a waste of money.

All of 3VP has been issued this MFR, along with most (if not all) of TF 1-11. We have been using it for the last 5 months or so. The specialty pouches have finally come in.. C9 gunners got issued 2 pouches, grenadiers got 2x quad carriers plus a 12 bomb bandolier. I'd say the general consensus...

yeah i'm wondering about the physical as well. I used to be in great shape in my last year of high school, but the last 3 years have more or less been spent drinking and smoking. I stopped smoking 2 months ago, and I feel better already!! I've always seemed to get my cardio back fairly quickly...
