I had to get an eye form filled out too, I talked to the CFRC  the week before last and they informed me that my medical file would be 3-6 weeks in Ottawa, depending on how busy they are. There is one thing I dont really get about the eye exam though. I couldn't really read what was on the wall...

I'm often in North Bay visiting friends at Nipp. We usually go out and get hammered, in the mornings there is nothing we want more then breakfest at Burger World. I haven't been for lunch, but I can tell you the breakfest is awesome and cheap. The servers there often have a good eye for hung...

Cardio every day. Unless your just looking to seriously throw on some muscle and weight. In that case a 10 minute warm up, jumping jacks, skipping, to get your heart rate up before you start lifting. I'm no expert, but my advice is cardio after lifting and a 10 minute warm up and core stretch...
