Looks like no one wants to take the chance of giving advice. I will be it right or wrong it is what I believe.
Light weights many reps builds endurance and helps to loss weight
Heavy weights small reps builds strength and helps gain weight.
All this talk about shipboard bunks and no one mentioned that the old messes were wide open. Not like the ones of today, where you are all boxed in and get no air movement when your curtin is closed.
I sure did miss the wide open messes. I hated sleeping in the coffins.
Thank you ArmyVern for tthe answer I was looking for. Hard to do now that I have retired.

"(1) Subsections 220(1) and (2) of the National Defence Act provide:
220. (1) A service convict whose punishment of imprisonment for life or for two years or more is to be put into...
I think you may have miss read what I ment. "MacDonalds" for example can not look at my military record. Therefore even if I did two years less a day in SDB, they can not find out I was ever in cells or even charged.
Good information. Now can you find the part that says you can only stay in SDB if your sentence is less then 2 years? Or the part that says there is NO civie record of you being in jail. There is only military records of you being in cells, and that is sealed to civies, so any time he did in...
I remember being told that 2 years was the most you could spend in Club ED. And that if you get sentenced to more then 2 years you get moved over to Civi cells right away. This info came about when a west coaster high jacked a ship with a C1 and told the officer of the watch to that the ship...
Very good reading indead. Time line is a bit off but still do-able. The thing I see about Mars is that who ever gets there first will have the advantage of setting the rules.
Word I was getting form some Airforce IT is that DND was thinking about bypassing Vista and going straight to 7. That was the first time I had heard of 7.
The problem with using the moon as a jumping off point is that there is no fuel on the moon. we would have to use too much fuel to get fuel to the moon. Which would make the moon a bad location to jump off from. Mars on the other hand looks like it may have fuel on it.
What a great topic. IMHO and from what has been pointed out to me, there is nothing to be gained from going to the moon. OK, a high quality telescope will give us some good information but the same one on Mars would give us the same.
I am all for going to Mars. We have gained enough info...
Have you been there? When you are accused you are scared and unsure of what to do. Your lawyer tells you how he plans to defend you and you except it or find a new lawyer. At the end of the day the accused excepts the lawyers advice because he knows best. If you are smart enough to tell your...
And how do you know they were worse if you did not try to dicker. In my 30 years I can count the number of people who just took it and did not ask for a better deal, at least the first couple of times. I even know army guys who have gone to the MIR so that their extras would be lights.
As not one person is standing up for Cpl Wilcox, let me add my two cents. I am sure he knows the real story. Hopefully he feels remorse. In his mind he thinks it was an accident. As for the lame defence, that belongs to his lawyer. I was once charged with a major crime and had nothing to do...
So when I convert $25m at what he makes a year to what I make a year it would be like me paying $5k for a two week vacation. I'd do that if it was fun enough.
What an interesting read.
After being around for the last 30 years, I can say a couple of things for sure.
1. The only thing that does not change is the fact that there will always be change.
2. The good days were years ago. What I think are the good old days are the days other people thought...
Now this troubles me. How can you train everyone the same and still instruct to their strengths and weaknesses? If you give them slack because of a weekness, is that not training different.
