Same here - moved to "Selected" 3 weeks ago no offers yet.. any idea how long it takes?

Hello, Asking for my son... he has applied for ROTP-RMC and is on "Selected" status of the Competition list for the last 3 weeks. The recruiting center tells that they should send out offers soon but this is 3 weeks ago. The deadlines for regular college acceptance is coming up in a week's time...
