I live in the York region and it would be great if we can carpool.

I can't answer your question, but you'll have something like 45 sec for each question and if you do it your way then you will run out of time. These questions are easy, the way I did it I just looked at each possible answer and eliminated the wrong ones.

That's all correct but as a reservist, one is obligated to finish the BMQ and DP1 within a 2-year period. For instance, if one is enrolled now, April 2024, then the next part-time weekend BMQ is in Fall of 2024. The only chance that this person has, is to take the DP1 in the summer of 2025.
All PRes officer candidates are also interviewed by the Command Cell of the unit involved. Also, there are more officer applicants than positions so the unit wants to pick the ones they determine most likely to be successful with them. The units hold their selection boards a couple of times a...
As @dapaterson stated, no significant career progression can be achieved as a 19 year old or even securing a good position. Especially, if he has really good grades then he won't have an issue getting a degree.
Why not get a university degree first? While doing the degree join the reserves. Once the degree is acquired then he can apply for the CSIS or transfer to the reg force. Just a thought.
