I applied as PR also, submitted application in Nov 2022, CFAT in Feb 2023 and security screening started in June 2023. CSIS conducted interview with my in Nov 2023, no further news.

I did my CFAT in Feb 2023 and my security screening started in May 2023, I submitted my medical forms afterwards, as long as I am still waiting for the security done, CFRC said that I cannot do the interviews until the security results come back.

I am a PR also, and CFRC told me that the security screening can last for 18 to 24 months from the date CFRC handed your files to Ottawa. Afterwards, they do not really care where you live.
