I just released last year and I applied for and got the Income Replacement Benefit and it is really good. Because of the beating my body took it's not easy to get work. The IRB makes it so I dont have to worry. I got a lot more than I thought and it is a RELIEF!

What can be asked for in an outcome for a RofG? I was harassed and my CoC did nothing to stop it and so I had to leave the forces. I had a contract for another year and can I ask for this to get paid out?

I was in 2 RCHA in the early to mid 90s and we ironed our combats till some of us were told we couldn't replace them at clothing stores if they were ironed. That put an end to ironing, well mostly as we had one ironed set for parades for a while after that.
