I live just next to the Ottawa river in Cbay. There are lots of overflights by both CH146, and CH147.
There are also a ton of overflights by ORNGE.
Reason being, is that the Ottawa River is an easy landmark for both TOH, and the Civic. As well as CAF flights transiting to PET.

Ironically, pre Covid, the GoC was already looking at seeting up several "off site" GoC work spaces. Working within the Workplace 2.0 there, it would give workers an opportunity to have a lesser commute, and go to a more local GoC site, with "touch down" work spaces.
