Some would wager that Canada announces a P-8 acquisition far sooner than Bombardier or deHavilland get any success in their lobbying efforts. They may be the also-ran years later, with a small consolation prize, but what Uncle Sam tells Canada to get, Canada gets…F-35, NASAMS, P-8 next, etc...
