I realize and everything you are saying is appreciated like you wouldn't believe. Just trying to hold onto that flicker of hope, y know. Unfortunately only time will tell... I'm posting on that other forum in regards to the criminal record, hopefully they can shed some light on that.

I did think about this. First of all I'd wonder if the training in the US is mandatory or just part of certain programs. Secondly, deportation order states no entry "without consent of the US Attorney General," which is ICE. I don't see ICE turning down my entry for military training.

Like I said, I have no desire to lie/half-lie about anything. Please don't get that impression. I have a deportation order in the USA, so I definitely won't be able to travel to the USA (for 10 years at least)... To be honest though, that doesn't bug me in the least bit. Very much so did not...

Hi, I have read most (if not all) of the previous threads on the subject. I have not been able to find any more recent information though, and it seems recruiting policies change often. I also fear many of those knowledgeable in those first threads no longer post here. I am out of high school...
