It's too bad you could not wait until Oct as the GM trucks come out, they do come with an engine mangement system that will shutdown 4 cylinders cruising. This is a shameless plug as I build them.

that is a c130 talon used by US Air Force Spec Ops out of Hurlbert Field, Florida. Note the swing arms on the nose used to recover pers on the ground.
