Strike -- I apologize.  It seems that no one can keep us straight these days.  Medtech:  Strike is the one that had the problems... but have no fear, you aren't the first to mix us up.  There are a few other threads from today alone that have us confused.  I think it is funny.

Point taken.  I short circuited my explanation and ultimately mis-stated what I meant.  Thanks for the correction.

I think you guys pay way too much attention to celebrities and celebrity gossip. In the big picture, this is only a news event because you have made it one.

I am not talking about whether civilians are pleasant to work with.  Frankly, so long as they do their job I don't care if they are pleasant or otherwise.  My point is that while there may be many civilian employees of DND and/or the CF, there are many highly qualified civilians working for...

You clearly have never been exposed to DND (vice the CF).  For example, the Director of CDI is a civilian. She is THE boss... not just a civilian.

At the end of the day, I don't think it matters if you showed up with all the supporting documentation in the world and wrapped in the flag, everyone should be subject to the same initial standard of investigation.  Plain and simple.  No special treatment for anyone.
