Thanks guys. I had a feeling that was the case. He did apply for IR during the clearing-in, so that won't be a problem. He's at least close enough to come home on the weekends, so it's better than it could be (and will be, likely in the future at some point.)

My husband is 46, and is a May 9th BMOQ DEO SWO (Army). He goes to SLT at St. Jean after BMOQ. I think he's in 0059, if I read the paper correctly.

My husband will be on the May 9th - Aug 18th BMOQ course. He'll probably be the old guy ;)

Thanks! We're not surprised to hear about the Res not having SW Officers. We knew about the civ SW option (he was looking briefly at that right after graduation). He does have alot of counselling and assessment experience. He's decided to take a day off next week to talk to the Recruiter sooner...
