Hey Turf,   Right now I am in the CF as an MP NCM but am still awaiting my actual MP training which doesnt start til March.  Right now I am making Cpl spec 1 pay so that is around $48,000 a year. You get paid basic private while going through basic training but get promoted to Cpl on grad day...

Soon to be,   I'll be flying outta YVR on the 9th but that is not definite. I still haven't been told my final travel arrangements. Will you be sworn in CFRC Vancouver on the 8th or are you from the island?

I handed in my application last June and got told I was accepted sometime in late April so as of now, its been pretty much a year.  I am sure everything will work out for you. It just takes a lil patience and perseverance.  Good luck.

Congrats! I‘m also leaving for basic on July 9th but am from Vancouver and will be going in as an Mp. I guess I will see you there!
