    On the Job Training / Experience (OJT / OJE) [Merged]

    from my understanding you may be lucky just to get to a squadron for OJT. I was told by a friend that of ~20 ROTP guys, only 3 went to operational squadrons including himself (and yes, they had a freakin' blast, what with logging time in CF-18s and Griffons).

    NCM enlistment or ROTP?

    Keep in mind that we are still young, there may be an opportunity to do both. A guy I knew (albeit briefly) did 3 years as enlisted infantry and just re-enrolled into ROTP as an infantry Officer Cadet. I believe he was in his low 20s.
